Teacher Incentive Allotment
Poteet ISD is proud to participate in the Teacher Incentive Allotment, also known as TIA. This program was created to recognize, reward, and retain highly effective teachers while supporting student growth and success.
Through TIA, eligible teachers have the opportunity to earn a state designation based on teacher observation, student growth, and the district’s local designation system.
