Show What You Know: Spring NWEA MAP Testing

Poteet ISD students will soon participate in the Spring NWEA MAP testing window, an important opportunity for students to demonstrate their learning and academic growth throughout the school year.

These assessments help teachers track individual student progress and identify areas where students may need additional support. The results allow educators to provide targeted interventions and instruction to help students continue improving before the upcoming STAAR assessments.

NWEA MAP testing also helps teachers measure how much students have grown academically since the beginning of the year, ensuring each student receives the support they need to succeed.

We encourage students to come prepared, do their best, and show what they know. Parents can support their students by ensuring they get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school ready to learn.
