What is the survey about?

The survey asks graduates about their experiences after high school, such as:

• Are you enrolled in college, a training program, or other postsecondary education?

• Are you employed?

• What parts of your school experience were most helpful in preparing you for life after graduation?

Why does it matter?

The information collected helps schools improve special education and transition services, ensuring future students are even better prepared for success.
