Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL) Applications Now Open!

The Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL) Program, offered through Texas Workforce Vocational Rehabilitation, provides students with disabilities a valuable paid summer work experience.

Program Details

• Duration: 5–8 weeks

• Schedule: 20 hours per week

• Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour

Who Can Apply?

SEAL is designed for students with disabilities who can work independently with limited supports.

Program Requirements

✔️ Complete a 4-day virtual Work Readiness Class via Zoom
✔️ Upload required I-9 documentation (Social Security card, Driver’s License, or Texas ID)

• Students under 18 may use a valid School ID

Once requirements are met, students may be invited to a matching session with an employer for job placement.
